Advocate Shridhar Patil is a practicing lawyer at the High Court of Madhya Pradesh with multi-disciplinary command of law — from the deeply human realm of family disputes to the complex frontier of cyber jurisprudence and constitutional rights.
Armed with a BA.LL.B (Hons.) from IPS Academy, Indore and an LL.M. in Criminology, he brings academic rigour and courtroom instinct to every matter. He is simultaneously pursuing an LL.M. in Cyber Law from Vikram University, Ujjain — a specialisation increasingly critical in a world where digital evidence, online fraud, and data privacy affect every Indian citizen.
As the Founder of ProLex Counsel, he has built a practice rooted not in volume but in values. As a Legal Executive at i3 IT Solutions, he advises on corporate compliance, IT contracts, and regulatory matters — giving him dual exposure across High Court litigation and commercial law.

Career & Experience
Practising at the High Court of Madhya Pradesh since enrolment — building a practice spanning criminal, civil, writ, and family matters alongside senior counsel. Regularly drafts writ petitions, bail applications, criminal appeals, and contempt applications, appearing in both chamber matters and open board hearings.
Advising on corporate and technology-related legal matters — vendor contracts, service agreements, software licensing, and NDAs; advising on compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; and providing guidance on disputes arising from digital transactions and IT service delivery.
Contributing to MP Tourism's documentation of the state's natural heritage — photographing the forests, rivers, and tigers of Madhya Pradesh. This lived encounter with environmental issues directly informs a personally committed Environmental Law practice.
